ABOUT THE ROLE
The Zalando platform enables merchants (brands, retailers, distributors) to sell fashion articles directly to the Zalando customers (online marketplace). The Operational Success team's purpose is to enable partners to achieve higher commercial success and customer experience through operational excellence on the platform, while ensuring the highest level of visibility and availability of their assortment.
WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Executing processes that involve operational tasks, such as the preparation of performance reviews or the handling of ad-hoc requests from our partners
Creating or improving enablement resources for the team related to these processes
Cross-functional projects execution (support to the Ops Excellence Manager)
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
Master Degree student in a top-tier university, with a focus on engineering, business, logistics or related field, and with previous working experience (eg internship in an international company)
A determined, enthusiastic individual with a self starter/ownership mentality
Analytical mindset & synthesis capacity
Basic Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Professional oral and written English
